Information for California residents about privacy rights and choices that may apply under the CCPA/CPRA.
Notice at Collection
When you submit a Contact or Request a Quote form, we collect identifiers and contact information such as name, company, email address and telephone number, plus commercial/product-request information and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to your request, provide product/application support, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our systems.
Website systems may process internet/electronic activity such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and security/session information to operate and secure the site. Optional analytics or marketing data is processed only according to your privacy choices.
We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated business purpose and applicable legal, accounting, security and recordkeeping requirements. We do not intend to sell personal information. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
California rights
Where the CCPA applies, California consumers may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses/disclosures of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
Ohio Identification Solutions does not intend to sell personal information. Optional advertising/marketing technologies are disabled unless permitted by the visitor's privacy choices. If our practices change, we will update the applicable notices and provide required opt-out mechanisms.
Global Privacy Control
Where applicable, a recognized GPC signal is treated as an opt-out signal for advertising/marketing technologies on this browser.
